Wände sind hellhörig und Nachbarn auch nachts desöfteren hörbar.

Excelente apartamento com localização perfeita. Positive: A localização é maravilhosa, proxima a metrô e ao comercio local. Apartamento muito limpo, bem cuidado, enxoval limpinho e cheiroso, super estruturado com utensílios domesticos e eletrodomésticos. O condomínio era higienizado todos os dias. Região segura, tranquila. O café da manhã servido num café em frente ao condomínio, com funcionários educados. A estadia foi otima, superou minhas expectativas. Negative: O chuveiro é baixo, o banho foi tomado com o chuveirinho lateral, mas nada que desabone a estadia.
